[LIVE] v2.9 - Major Update

This is a major update fixing lots of bugs and adds new content.

New Map: Encore

• Map is rebuilt from the ground up.
• All assets ported properly.

New Legend: Horizon

• All animations and models ported properly.
• Passive ability is fully functional.

New Weapon: 3030 Repeater

• All animations and models ported properly.
• Weapon is available in all gamemodes.

Other Additions:

• Added trident animations and effects. (WIP)
• Added tier 4 sniper stock to loot pool.
• Updated weapon attachments.
• Updated legend select screen background smoke model to include newer legend effects.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed script crash in firing range caused by missing spinoff.
• Disabled broken evo shields.
• Fixed Crosshair not turning off while adsing.
• Fixed an engine limit causing game to crash.
• Fixed bad Valkyrie head and hair materials.
• Removed broken particle effects from Valkyrie.

R5Valkyrie is now stable enough to change the branch into live.

• Default game config is now retail.
• Cheats and game console disabled by default.
• PDB's are now stored in platform folder.
